Shipping policy.

Heritage Shop Co. ships from our shop in Central Florida. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Methods

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on the size and weight of your order. For time-sensitive orders, UPS 2-Day and Next Day Air are available at additional cost. Your shipping method and cost are confirmed with your quote.

Lead times

Total turnaround includes machining time plus shipping transit. Here is what to expect:

  • Standard orders: 5 to 10 business days from payment to delivery
  • Expedited orders: 3 to 5 business days (subject to shop capacity and a rush fee)
  • Complex or multi-operation jobs: Lead time provided in your quote based on the specific requirements

Lead times begin when payment clears. We will provide a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Packaging

Precision parts deserve careful packaging. We wrap finished parts individually to prevent surface damage, use foam inserts or padded dividers for multi-part orders, and pack everything in sturdy corrugated boxes. Threaded holes are plugged, finished surfaces are protected with VCI paper where appropriate, and fragile features are cushioned.

If you have specific packaging requirements (cleanroom bags, custom labeling, etc.), let us know when you approve your quote.

Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. The shipping charge is included as a line item on your quote so there are no surprises. We do not mark up carrier rates.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier. If you do not receive tracking information within one business day of your expected ship date, reach out and we will look into it.

Damage in transit

We package parts carefully, but carriers handle a lot of volume. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer box shows visible damage, photograph it before opening.

Once the carrier delivers the package, responsibility for shipping damage claims transfers to the recipient. If your parts arrive damaged, contact us at admin@heritageshopco.com with photos and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

International

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States and need parts machined, contact us and we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
